Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-10-06 · If the language versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Who provides the service
enjambreia (enjambreia.com) is provided by Gerardo Javier Garza Treviño, an individual with business activity in Mexico (Paseo de los leones 2342 local 4 Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico). By creating an account or using the API you accept these terms and the Privacy notice.
2. The service
enjambreia offers an OpenAI-compatible artificial intelligence API that runs open models, served in the cloud or on GPUs owned by people and companies (nodes). It's in beta and provided "as is", on a best-effort basis and without a guarantee of continuous availability. Answers are generated by AI and may contain errors: review them before using them for important decisions.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 and use a real email. You're responsible for what's done with your account and API key: keep them secret and tell us if you think someone else has them.
4. Prices and payments
The service is prepaid: you top up your balance and each request deducts its cost according to the published prices, which may change with prior notice. There's no subscription. Unused balance isn't refunded, except for billing errors or where the law requires it. Payments are processed by Stripe.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use enjambreia for illegal activities, to create malware or content that exploits minors, to harass or impersonate others, or to try to break the security of the service or of other users. Nor to overload the service abusively. We may limit or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. If you lend your GPU (nodes)
Lending your GPU is voluntary and you can stop whenever you want. In return, while your node is approved and on, the requests the swarm serves cost you nothing; cloud models are paid separately. Lending your GPU doesn't generate cash payments; if they're ever offered, we'll announce it in advance and they won't be retroactive. Balances earned before this change can still be withdrawn via Stripe Connect. You pay your electricity. You must not read, store or use the content of the jobs your node processes. If a node cheats (makes up results), it is quarantined and loses free access while it's reviewed. To split large models, the node client joins your PC to an encrypted private network between nodes (the Tailscale client in user mode, without installing network drivers); only the node's port is reachable over that network.
7. Private groups and companies
The admin of a group or company decides who joins and leaves. In private groups each member pays their own way; in companies a shared balance is used. Agreements between the members of a group are their own responsibility.
8. Your content
What you send and receive is yours. You only allow us to process it as needed to provide the service, as explained in the Privacy notice.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages or for loss of data or profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months. None of this limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
10. Suspension and closing your account
You can delete your account whenever you want from your dashboard. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, notifying you when possible.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. If you're a consumer in another country, you keep the rights your country's laws give you.
12. Changes and contact
If we change these terms we'll publish the new version here with its date; if the change is important we'll let you know by email. Questions: [email protected].
